Some pin codes might not be eligible for COD service. Orders under Rs. 599 are Applicable to a minimum charge of Rs. 49. On all COD orders, a minimal fee of Rs. 50 will be charged.

Customers are advised not to accept any defective or damage product.
We do not currently ship internationally. However, you may have your purchase delivery to any addressed within India.

If your order is cancelled post-payment, the charged amount will be refunded in full and may take up to a week depending on your bank account.
What if I used discount vouchers or loyalty points during the time of payment and I have to cancel my order?
Discount vouchers are intended for one-time use only and shall be treated as used even if you cancel the order.
If you had redeemed loyalty points for an order, the same will be credited back to your account in the case of a cancellation.
Refunds for cancellation of orders

In case of prepaid orders through Credit Card, Debit Card or Net Banking, the amount will be transferred back to the account from which it was paid. Orders cannot be cancelled once it is Dispatched or Shipped. Please note that Cash-on-Delivery charges and Shipping Charges (if applicable) are not refundable.

MAXIMUM PURCHASE POLICY
The products and services available on our website, including any samples, are for personal use only. For certain products and merchandise, there may be a maximum purchase quantity; if the order hits the maximum limit the customer will not be able to purchase those products again for two weeks. Orders will be cancelled if this is violated. If a consumer is found reselling our products, legal action will be taken.
