Ans: one capsule twice a day, 30 minutes after breakfast and 30 minutes after dinner with normal water.

Ans:Yes, you can take this capsules along with your regular medicines. If your Thyroxine medicine dose is below 50mg, you should take 1 capsule twice a day after meals. If it is higher than 50mg, you should take 2 capsules, twice a day after meals.
